World Wide Travel Caution

Peg Alden here, Landmark’s Director of International Education. There have been a number of inquiries about the global travel alert and embassy closings. Please note that the current concern is with North Africa and the Mid East, not West Africa. Ghana is not in a “hot spot” and the State Department has registered no more concern for
Ghana than the Netherlands (where I am writing this post after wrapping up the Methods of Cultural Field Studies with 12 great Landmark students and 1 stellar co-director). Our Accra program is registered with the US Embassy in Ghana in the unlikely event of some regional tension there, but we can all rest assured that out students are safe and having the experience of a lifetime.
